BeyondTables is a platform for architects and engineers. We take your privacy seriously and keep things simple. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we use it.

Who we are

What data we collect

We collect only what we need:

• Newsletter subscribers: your email address, collected via Brevo.
• ArchMeet participants: your name, email address, location, and professional background, collected via Tally.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, payment information, or track you across other websites.

Why we collect it

• Newsletter: to send you updates about BeyondTables. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
• ArchMeet: to match you with another architect or engineer for a 1:1 introduction. Your name and email will be shared with your match for the purpose of arranging the meeting.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only in these cases:

• ArchMeet matches: your name and email are shared with the person you are matched with. By signing up for ArchMeet you consent to this.
• Service providers: Brevo (email newsletter platform) and Tally (form collection). Both are GDPR-compliant.

How long we keep your data

• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• ArchMeet: until you ask us to delete it, or until the project ends.

Your rights

Under Swiss nDSG and EU GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority
